Capabilities

Everything a vehicle deal needs, in one platform.

Deal Flow Controller
The transaction engine for a vehicle sale: reservation, purchase agreement, inspection, acceptance, final payment, handover, title transfer and closing — shaped by the terms agreed.
Document & Template Editor
Build templates for the documents a car deal needs, draft and edit them in the editor, and attach the signed copies to the stage that asks for them.
Compliance — KYC/KYB
Every workspace carries a KYC/KYB status. Reserving a vehicle needs a completed profile or a passed KYC/KYB check.
Escrow & Payments
Name an escrow party in the terms, or agree no escrow. Deposits and the final payment are confirmed by the party that receives them.
Inventory & vehicles
Vehicles and parts in one inventory, specified from the Wheelsform catalogue — make, model, generation, variant, colours and wheels.
Market discovery
Coming next: a public market and model showrooms, built on observed listings and the catalogue — research a car before it becomes a deal.
Collaboration

Every role, in one room.

Wheelsform supports trusted relationships — it doesn't replace them. Bring everyone a car deal needs into one secure workspace.
Brokers & dealers
Run every deal end to end — from the listing to the handover — without leaving the platform.
Buyers & sellers
Join the deal directly, see exactly where it stands, and act on your own stage.
Lawyers
Work on the purchase agreement and deal documents inside the transaction.
Escrow agents
Confirm deposits and the final payment as the party that receives them.
Inspectors & specialists
Deliver the pre-purchase inspection report straight into the deal.
One
record of the deal
Every stage, document and party of a sale in the same place.
Every
action permission-checked
What each party may do is decided by the server, not the screen.
End to end
in one platform
From the first market search to the closing of the deal.
Security

Security at every step.

A vehicle transaction stays exactly as private as it should be: every request is authenticated, and every action is permission-checked on the server.

Signed, revocable sessions
Short-lived signed access tokens, rotated refresh tokens, revocation on sign-out.
Two-factor sign-in
Authenticator-app or email codes; authenticator secrets stored encrypted.
Server-side permissions
Role and per-object permissions enforced on every request.
Guarded documents
Uploads validated on the way in, files served with hardened headers.

FAQ

Questions buyers and brokers ask first.

What is Wheelsform?

The Wheelsform app is the transaction workspace where a vehicle sale is run — parties, terms, documents and stages — from reservation to handover. A second product, the Wheelsform market, is in preparation.

What will the Wheelsform market be?

A public, read-only view of cars for sale at independent marketplaces and dealers, with model research and the original listing one click away. It is not open yet. When it opens, each listing will stay its seller's: Wheelsform will not sell it or take payment for it.

Who uses Wheelsform?

Brokers and dealers who run vehicle deals, buyers and sellers who take part in them directly, and the lawyers, escrow agents and inspectors a transaction involves.

What does Deal Flow do?

It sequences the sale: an optional reservation deposit, the purchase agreement, an optional pre-purchase inspection and acceptance, the final payment, the handover, title and registration transfer, and closing. The terms agreed when the deal is created decide which stages apply.

How are documents handled?

Templates and drafts live in the Documents area. Each stage of a deal asks for the document it needs — the signed purchase agreement, the inspection report, the acceptance letter — and keeps it on the deal's record.

What compliance checks are there?

Every workspace carries a KYC/KYB status, and reserving a vehicle needs a completed profile or a passed KYC/KYB check. Every action in a deal is permission-checked on the server.

Bring your next deal into Wheelsform.

One system for automotive transactions — from the first offer to the handover.
